Code until you make it

Day 1 of my 30-Day Coding Challenge

It’s been a tough day. Getting disheartened with bugs in my code, asking ChatGPT for debugging help and self-esteem boost. And relaxing with my favorite meal when stressed. But still grinding through, looking forward to the golden moment when my project works as smooth as butter.

Successful programmers hide the fact that coding is as difficult as it is to squeeze rock. But honest programmers will tell you that coding is not as easy as it sounds, and with the advent of AI, tech is fast forwarding, and leaving less room for non-CS grad programmers with big dreams. But I still believe that a mere degree is not enough to measure a coder’s knowledge. Experience and work is.

I have not written much code so far. Writing this to give myself a wake-up call and to remind myself I am not alone struggling. Writing to-dos in my diary to keep myself organized and trying hard to understand each line of code I am writing, because I know it is gonna be worth it, and one day I will shine as bright as the stars in the sky.

Fellow coders, follow the motto: code, fail, sleep, code, fail, sleep…. Because there will come a day when you will be glad that you pushed through and are stronger than ever.
